So, every work situation has a Big Man. This is everyone's boss. Sometimes the Big Man is a woman, but I like to refer to this position as Big Man anyway.
Anywho, today Big Man sat in on a weekly lunch meeting I attend, and right in the middle of it, he said, "Oh by the way, Chrissy, Claude has a lot of very nice things to say about you and the work you do for him." Which is cool, because for someone like me, this is not something Big Man takes time to say very often.
Side note: Claude is the man in charge of my very near, very AWESOME promotion, in which my pay may basically double.
I mention this only because someone may wonder what the fuck I have to be smiling about all the goddam time.
