Garbage head

It was a comfort food extravaganza at our house yesterday. I made guacamole for eating while cooking potato soup and meatloaf. You know when you're hungover, and then evening comes around and you get your appetite back all at once? Thats when I like to cook the most. And I always want comfort food, so last night I went for broke.
Saturday was a busy (and expensive) day. In the morning, I got all (well, most) of my hair cut off, then had lunch at Red Lobster with mi madre, did some light shopping, picked Pancho up from work, did some heavier shopping and then met up with some homies at a bar.
My friend Kevin brought his girlfriend Ingunn who is from Norway. Ingunn told us that she thought "all Americans were like The Silence of the Lambs". I liked her immediately and Norway seems like a magical place with reinforced windows (because Polar Bears will lean on them), where graduating high school is celebrated with a month of drunken games, there is no crime and people call each other "garbage head".
Plus, Norwegians are known for being excellent fisherman and that is a trait the entire world should appreciate.
