The new house is coming along swimmingly. Bedrooms have been painted, furniture has been assembled and the kitties have taken over. Something about the new place has caused my kitties to switch personalities. My more outgoing cat is now usually asleep in our bedroom closet, while our recluse cat is usually out and about, strolling or rolling around just about anywhere she pleases. We've also noticed that they've pegged Pancho as the sucker and habitually follow him around the kitchen meowing until he gives them treats. They will even try this several times in one night if they are feeling particularly saucy.
Pancho and I will be visiting Sin City with a handful of friends soon to witness the marriage of Kevin and Ingunn. I'm excited to show Pancho the city of my birth and I hope we have time to check out the ONE remaining thing I MUST see in Vegas: The Liberace Museum. With any luck, we will have a great time and Pancho will want to return with me someday when we can stay long enough for him to meet my family and explore the beauty (and the shit hole) that is the Mojave Desert.
