First, My birthday was amazing. There has been some serious shit going down in my personal circle so I wasnt expecting much in the way of high birthday spirits, but I was completely, utterly, overwhelmingly surprised. My plan was to go to work, have lunch with the co-worker-friends, have dinner with the family and a few friends afterward and spend a quiet night at home. But then the girls totally stepped up the game and kidnapped (rescued!) me by clearing the idea with all of my bosses and covering all of my meetings and stealing me away from the office! At lunch I was told that we werent going back to work and that we were all going to hang out in a bar and knit and drink and gab for the rest of the day! I couldnt have been more pleasantly surprised. There was lots of wine, lots of gorgeous yarn and tons and tons of gabbing! Exactly what a girl needed!
Also, the very talented and very beautiful Heather is going to be showing some photos at a show in June, some of which feature yours truly! For my birthday, she told me I could pick my favorite one and HAVE it! EEEP! Check them out here.
After my kidnapping (rescue!) I came home to a beautiful surprise from my Pancho. He had pink balloons and pink flowers all over the house and the most perfect gifts. I truly believe that my birthdays are just getting better and better.
In other news, what the hell is Jennifer Anniston THINKING?! Really. I dont get the whole John Mayer thing. Yeah, he's OKAY looking and seems kinda funny, but he makes his living by sounding exactly like The Dave Matthews Band. I mean, EW. How does he pull down this kind of ass? Isnt Jen way out of his league? How do you go from Brad Pitt to that? Yikes.
On a somewhat related note, it seems that every time Brad and Angelina adopt or make a new baby it just pisses me off. Who the fuck are these people? STOP MAKING SO MANY GODDAM BABIES!
Oh, is it a bad thing that people think Im WAY youger than I really am?
