you could try not paying and getting a bench warrant issued. that is hat I would do and that is why I do not have acar (anymore) ... (as in they took it away from me.)
Yeah only then I would end up in jail in no time because public transportation makes me want to kill people. So I need my car for the good of everyone in Portland.
